all weather track. We are happy to announce that this year's Surf City
Invitational will feature Finish Lynx Timing for all running events.
Competition will be offered for Varsity boys and girls as well as Frosh/Soph
boys and girls. Qualifying standards have been established for each
event. Please be sure to only enter athletes who have met the standards.

teams in a fun and competitive team building environment where the focus
is on relay events. Our field events are scored with the results from
your best three athletes, and we run traditional relay events on the
track, we also host an open 3000 meter race. The sac-jauqin area's top
teams will be at the meet as part of their annual schedules. The meet is
to our knowledge the longest running meet in California, this is our
64th annual meet. We are also proud to award the Bobby Osborn spirit
award for the team that demonstates the greatest amount of team spirit.

San Jacinto High School (Southern Section) will take place April 20.
This meet has developed into the Inland Empire's premier track and field
events. Held at San Jacinto's Tiger Stadium, which features a 3-year-old
all-weather track, the meet has played host to some great individuals
and teams in its short history. This CIF-style meet begins about 8 a.m.
and runs until about 4 p.m. For more information contact Jeff Snyder,
athletic director, San Jacinto High School, at (909) 654-7374. San
Jacinto is located in Riverside County near Hemet. It's an easy drive
from Interstates 215, 10 and Highway 60.
